Absolutely nothing! The land our building sits on, however, was once filled with livestock and we love cows! Palmer Ranch Cleaners is only a small part of the 80,000 acres that Bertha Palmer, the original snowbird from Chicago, purchased in 1910. "Bertha Palmer developed the area now known as Palmer Ranch into orange groves and livestock pastures, revolutionizing the Florida agriculture industry". Plus our owners are residents of the Palmer Ranch area and have enjoyed the sights of bovines and bulls roaming through the pastures over the years.
Thank you Mrs. Palmer, for your insight, wisdom and development of this beautiful area we all call home!
